For partners & investors
Energise Homes is a tech-enabled neighbourhood retrofit platform. It turns local interest in solar PV, batteries and heat pumps into organised, fundable, installer-ready demand, one street and one borough at a time.

The problem
Millions of UK households want solar, batteries or a heat pump, yet most never install: quotes are confusing, installer quality is patchy, grant eligibility is opaque and upfront costs are high. Installers, meanwhile, spend heavily acquiring customers one roof at a time, a delivery model that can never reach national scale. Both sides pay for the same fragmentation, and so does the pace of decarbonisation.
need upgrading by 2050 for the UK to reach net zero. The Climate Change Committee says targets can't be met without near-complete decarbonisation of the housing stock.
is the retrofit pace required between now and 2050 (UK Green Building Council). No house-by-house model gets close.
of the UK's 600,000-a-year heat pump target for 2028 is being delivered today. The gap isn't demand, it's a delivery model that can't scale.
The model
A local anchor (community group, climate network or local authority) launches a scheme. The platform gathers sign-ups street by street, qualifies homes from property data, clusters demand into installable work packages, runs a reverse auction across vetted MCS installers, and routes each home to the right grant or finance. Retrofit shifts from sporadic one-off jobs to an area-based pipeline: lower prices for households, lower acquisition costs for installers, and faster delivery against local climate targets.
Group-buy prices, a trusted quality-first process, deposits held by the scheme, and one route through grants and finance.
A ready-made system that turns local enthusiasm into installs, without building a programme from scratch.
Organised, qualified, clustered local demand to bid for, instead of scattered one-off leads.
The platform
It's the mechanism of scale domestic retrofit has mostly gone without. Partners run schemes from a desktop dashboard and stay in the loop on the ground by phone, and the same system that runs one street can run a ward, a borough, or a lender's customer base.
The path
London community group-buysProve the model where density, bills pressure and community energy networks are strongest.
Local authorities and anchors at scaleGive every borough and community group a scheme-in-a-box for neighbourhood retrofit.
Finance and supply integrationConnect lenders (including the incoming Warm Homes Loan Scheme) and installer capacity directly into organised demand.
The long-term opportunityBecome the demand and finance orchestration layer for home energy upgrades across the UK.
Why now
Energy bills remain historically high, solar and battery hardware has never been cheaper, £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grants are live, 0% VAT on battery storage runs to 31 March 2027, and the UK Government's Warm Homes Loan Scheme is expected to bring low-cost, government-backed finance to exactly the upgrades Energise Homes organises.
